Inclusion Melbourne is a disability services organisation committed to creating meaningful lives for its clients.
As part of its committment to improving the quality and efficiency of its service, Inclusion Melbourne is looking to replace its current, in-house designed database with a 'best of breed' corporate database.
The following survey lists the major business requirements of the new database.
Against each requirement, please indicate the estimated level of compliance for your company or product: Complies fully, Complies partially, Does not comply, Unsure.
You can add explanatory comments or questions against any requirement.
